Venue
The conference will take place on the city campus of the University of Antwerp, right in the city centre. All activities will take place in two buildings: buildings K and R. Both are right next to each other and are easily accessible.
Building K: The foyer is the central place for information, breaks and refreshments. The Auditorium Rector Dhanis is the place for the keynote lectures every morning.

Accommodation
There are numerous hotels near the campus that meet every desire for comfort. Thanks to the Antwerp Convention Office, a selection of hotels can be booked at special rates.

Travelling
To reach Antwerp, you can choose from multiple options as the city is well connected to an international transportation network. If flying, travellers typically arrive at Brussels Airport (BRU), about 45 kilometres from Antwerp. They can take a direct train from the airport to Antwerp Central Station every 30 minutes, and the train journey takes approximately 30 minutes. Alternatively, visitors can take a train from major European cities like Paris or Amsterdam to Antwerp Central Station, a hub of the Belgian rail network. The Thalys and InterCity Express (ICE) high-speed trains efficiently connect Antwerp to multiple international destinations.
